This is a Gym meet so no federations are involved meaning any fed lifters can enter without penalty ( IPF lifters we checked and its ok ). No gear check just bring knee high socks for the deadlift, Knee wraps are allowed but incur a 20kg penalty to the lifters total.
We now have a full Eleiko set up and we will be using the new monolift for squats, so the standard of equipment is world class.
We will be running 4 flights of 15 this year, 1 on Friday afternoon and 3 on Saturday. there is a possibility of a second flight on Friday afternoon if the demand warrants it.
