VIKING NEW GENERATION 3-LIFT POWERLIFTING COMPETITION 15/6/2024
Our First competition for 2024!!
I had been getting a lot of enquires about running a meet for all the up and coming aspiring powerlifters, so here it is! an opportunity for our next generation to come through and have fun with proper equipment in a super fun and inviting environment. This comp is aimed at bringing new lifters into the sport but you don’t have to be a new lifter to compete! We want to inspire the next generation by showing them what is possible through hard work and dedication. I cant wait to meet you all and see you all smash your PRS on the platform.
This meet will use a VIKING power barbell for all 3 lifts and a Combo Rack and walk out for squats and benchpress.
Knee wraps are still allowed but will incur the standard viking 20 kilogram penalty to the total.
There will be prizes for 1st 2nd and 3rd in both the Male and Female category winners will be determined on wilks points there are no weight classes.
If you are a member of any powerlifting federation already, please check with them if you are eligable to compete before signing up as the entry fee is strictly non refunadble unless the meet is cancelled.
